As a qualified South African Food Technologist, having a total of 26+ years’ experience in the FMCG/Food Manufacturing/Quality Management and Food safety systems sector along with managing a team of dedicated staff, makes me the ideal candidate for this position. In the last 23 years, I have developed strong teams, practices, principles in the factory environments I have worked in, as well as instil passionate Quality thinking, leading and developing the Quality team and implementation of the Quality ethics and Management systems. As a Certified Natural Scientist, attending many years of supporting training and courses, has rendered my reputation to date, one of exception. I had the honour of holding the Regional Quality Manager position for Ceres Fruit Juices, for many years and practice a very hands-on approach in the workplace. My dedication, ability to lead by example, fairness, diversity, level of understanding and management of various cultures and genders in the environment, has made me the strong and determined individual I am.
