I've worked as chef for the past 16 years. I have a wealth of experience working at home and abroad. I've worked in fine dining restaurants to casual dining in that time. I've been head chef/senior sous of a gastro pub in that time as well. I have good leadership skills. It's something I've always strived to be, a leader and take charge of what I'm working on in every facet of my life. I'm a friendly person who can relate to people from various back grounds. I take pride in my appearance and what I put out on my plate. What I serve is a direct reflection of me.
