Currently I am working for the City of Mbombela as a Manager: Administration and Customer Care. I previously worked for Umjindi Local Municipality as a Manager responsible for HR and Administration. My experience in all the above mentioned municipalities is vast. I was responsible for HR Provisioning and HR Maintenance. I worked in assessing the performance management of Senior Managers and individual performance for other employees for five years, including their assessments and evaluations. I worked as an Acting Director Corporate Services for 14 months and have done the duties with success. I am competent on the development, implementation & monitoring of performance management process; management of employee wellness; Development & implementation of HR strategy; development of Employment Equity Plan; development and implementation of departmental budget; management of financial controls and reporting; Management of HR functions and related processes; HR administration and Human Resources Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation ;Maintenance and support of the relevant Portfolio and Mayoral committees to ensure effective council committees system and monitoring of the Occupational Health and Safety Unit.
