I have 11+ years of working experience as a Marketing Manager, Senior Account Manager and Sales Manager which has allowed me to grow a passion in customer relations; client account management; client engagement; client acquisition and client retention, with the ultimate goal of increasing revenue. Although I think strategically execution; processes; communication; selling and building long-lasting relationships with clients and team members are my strengths. I am passionate about on boarding new clients and exceeding their expectations. I thoroughly enjoy the whole process of the sales life-cycle, from the beginning stages (researching, interacting, engaging with new clients, and building internal and external relationships) to the end stages (winning the deal).
