I was trained by Southern Sun as well as was an NQ Assessor for Southern Sun International and assisted in training staff at Beverly Hills Intercontinental in Durban before i left for USA where i did 9 seasons in Florida in Golf Estates. I was Head Chef in Richards Bay for Protea hotels until i returned to Johannesburg. The past 2 years i haver been re-motivated by the VEGAN MOVEMENT, as i love to create new dishes and love doing functions . I love to create and amaze people with all my sections and departments.
