When the going gets tough, the tough get ON WITH IT- This about sums me up in a nutshell, Always hard work driven, always looking to succeed. I remember a time when i was down and out, was declined at several interviews, generally getting frustrated with myself thinking I'm not good enough, until i was told by a random stranger at an interview Don't lower yourself or try and mimic the expectations they(the company) want, stay true to yourself and you will be selected based on your uniqueness and boom finally got an opportunity to work for an amazing company. That set a trail to where I became a call center agent, which is the most glamorous job, but for me and helping people it was a start. On the side id often dabble with making inspirational meme's and quotes for day to day to share with my team and build morale. That's when i knew this was for me, just that connection with people to reach a end goal. Thus my journey into call center started, which has led me to lead people after numerous mentors and coaches graced me with there gifts and instilled my own set of skills to add. Ive been in the customer service industry for more then 10 years.
