I specialise in organisational and individual learning and development. I am a registered assessor and moderator and have completed the ODETD Practitioners Diploma at Level 5. My main areas of expertise are: consulting on training and development strategies within organisations; curriculum and materials design; and training delivery, across a broad range of areas and levels. I have worked extensively with many organisations in the fields of learning curriculum and programme design and development; the development of assessment and moderation policies, procedures and practices; provider accreditation; and accreditation of workplace based programmes aligned to nationally recognised unit standards and qualifications I also run workshops in areas such as learning curriculum and materials design, assertiveness, consulting, team processes, management, sales and learning. I have managed in a Learning and Development capacity for some years in a start up phase.
