Having worked predominantly in fast-paced industries with high staff complements, I am no stranger to managing multiple accounts/ cases simultaneously, taking initiative and problem-solving. I take great pride in the quality of my work and focusing on the needs of the client. For over 17 years I have been responsible for the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to payroll and leave administration, training and development, health and safety, and EEA, BCEA, LRA. Union relations, wage negotiations, CCMA cases, disciplinaries, dismissals, retrenchments, policy and procedure, and conflict resolution all fall under my portfolio of expertise, more so in the era of lockdown-induced downsizing and liquidations.
