I believe in loyalty above else, with loyalty everything else will fall in place, thus including growth in your business, growth in your staff and growth in customer relationship. This will all add to a positive impact on the bottom line of the company you work for. Let's talk about parts, for a lot of people the Parts department is just a small place that have no contribution. I beg to differ, to me the part department plays a vital role of the growth in any automotive business for vehicle sales and workshop sales. For me auto motive parts is not just a part, it connects every vehicle that move and that is also turning the wheels of business in this world around us. The correct part at the right time and at the right price makes the basis off any parts business. I am a self-starter and excel under pressure. I have a creative imagination, good organization skills, are trustworthy and honest. Strong Interpersonal Skills and team player. I have started 1989 at Cargo motors as a parts cadet, enrolling at Mercedes Benz in Parts professional three-year program, where I excel to parts supervisor at Cargo Rosebank and later to Parts manager until 1995. I started with Sandown motors as a Parts Manager at their Bryanston Branch until 2003 and moved to their Strydom Park Branch. This was huge challenge, but very successful, and the parts business excelled. I was with the Sandown Motors Group until 2006. I took employment at Honda South Africa as Assistant Parts Manager to broaden my experience on the manufacturing side until the end of 2006. I have received a request from the CEO of Sandown motors to return to Sandown motors. I started a Strydom Park Branch as Parts manager and was later promoted to Parts Brand Manager, where I was overseeing five branches until 2016. With the streamlining of the group, I was overseeing the developing process of Mercedes Benz Bryanston developing into parts center hub, which also supplied the other Parts dealers in Gauteng area and the other provinces. There I excelled in growing the business. All above means nothing without people you work with and most importantly the business relationship with your customers.
