I have worked closely with customers, partners as well as key account channel partners, specifically in the Agricultural sector. I have good people skills and as a leader I aim to grow market share, exceed targets by adding value to our customers business. I support building trust and strong relationships with colleagues, customers and channel partners. Making sure that I know my field of business is important to me, as it enables me to focus on my span of control, focus on the individuals strength, help customers and partners to flourish beyond the status quo and to contribute to an individuals growth and success.
