I have experience as Acting Branch Manager, Retail Store Manager, PA/Secretary, Office Administrator, Quality Management Clerk (SANS : ISO : 9001 : 2008) and Sales Representative. I have experience in a variety of businesses and have a very good business orientated way of thinking. At Reakgona Industrial Hygiene & Cleaning, I had to rebuild client relationships. I managed 5 cleaning staff and the hygiene equipment at the ABSA branches, 9 General Workers at Ellerenes stores. I had to appoint from these staff as well and handle their HR issues, which included two disciplinary hearings and a CCMA case I needed to attend and represent for the company. I managed the Site Technician, servicing the different sites, an Administrator and the Technician which was permanently on the PetroSA site. I attended the monthly meetings for the Company at PetroSA and Drake & Scull (for the ABSA branches). I attended tender meetings. I also had to do sales for the company.
