To whom it may concern I’m a hard working individual who works to see her dreams prosper. I used to work as a promoter, which taught me a lot of things such as how to work with different customers. As I’m a hard working individual I strive to better myself and the people around me. I love working in a fast paced environment whereby we work as a team and/or individually thus becoming better in what we do. As a sales consultant I met different customers with different approaches and different body languages. This made me learn how to deal with customer complaint and queries, therefore satisfying the customer’s needs and complaints. I am able to work under pressure, as I’ve seen how it pushes me to work harder and strive for better within the company that I’m employed in. This ambition of mine made me want to know what a stock controller does, that when I learned for 6months with the stock controller at Roodepoort House and Home what their job description and every detail of their job, while being a sales consultant in the company.
