My belief, In today’s competitive world, the best way to ensure organizational success is to delight the customer both internal and external. I can assure you that I see to the needs of our customers and end users as first priority. I have accrued extensive work experience and have accomplished varied skills and the ability to work with many different types of people within corporate industries. I believe that I could fit easily into the company, as I am a team player with added skills sets encompassed in the following: LINUX, UNIX, SBS Active Directory , MS Suite, Windows Server AD & MS Exchange, IBM Domino Lotus Notes Administration / Apple Mac Server and Client knowledge. In addition I come with extensive experience in IP Infrastructure support including various media Cat 5, 5e, 6 cabling, Fibre-optic, Cisco based routing , Telephony and office administration systems. Through my years of Industry experience and knowledge, I acquired a high level of understanding in IP networks, including applied support and exposure to server infrastructure and storage area networks. I work smart, with total dedication to resolving tasks on hand as start to finish. I aim forward to certainly being a valued employee to an organisation. IT Support within various organisations for me is not just a means of employment but my passion as well. I am flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to add to my skills.
