All food manufacturing needs to follow stringent HACCP & ISO/FSSC protocols and procedures. • I have very valuable knowledge in the SOP’s established for HACCP in our facility. From health, personal hygiene, housekeeping, environmental management, food handling, food safety, testing and COA’s. • Experienced in all aspects of the supply chain in the FMCG industry from the receiving, movement and storage of raw materials, of production (work in progress) stock, finished goods as well as packing, picking, dispatch and delivery to client. • The maintenance is important in this supply chain as is the documentation vital, from Supplier approval, receiving of raw material, storage, production, dispatch, transportation, rework, traceability, non-conforming products, labelling, allergen management and recall procedures all form part of the food handling side. • 10 years’ experience in cold storage with stringent HACCP and FFSC22000 accreditation. • Finance experience in Debtors/Creditors, payments, budgets, forecasts, allocations, asset management. • Sales experience from being an external and internal sales person myself for 3 years, I have managed the internal and external teams for just over 3 years. • Valuable experience in HR procedures & duties including yearly performance appraisals, hearings, CCMA and negotiations with bargaining councils.
