I have a lot of restaurant experience both front and back of house. Im more into sustainability and caring while Im supplying a service. Have been involved in planning planting and harvesting fresh produce and livestock on the soil to table concept. I am also a avid gardener and love living on a farm or smallholding. In the restaurant I can work alone or as a team member. I can think on my feet and am good with crisis management. I also have the ability to for see difficulties and to try and resolve the problem before it becomes a crisis.
