Some of my strongest behaviors are that I am detail-oriented, thorough and accurate. I am driven to achieve operational effectiveness – I think about what needs to be done and how it can be done as fast as possible, while maintaining a high quality outcome. Another behavior is that I am careful and cautious – I usually follow a plan to avoid making mistakes. I work to ensure that things don’t fall through the cracks and do follow-ups to ensure that they are done properly and on time. Being helpful is in my nature: I work comfortably as a leading member of the team, yet, at the same time I remain unassuming, unselfish and show genuine interest and understanding of my colleagues and maintain integrity. I see myself as a pleasant and extroverted person. I am an effective communicator, and am able to stimulate and motivate my colleagues and other people. My ability to work independently and to use my own initiative has stood me steadfast. I am driven to working with and for others, and derive satisfaction from doing things for others, for; my manager; our team; our end-users and customers. I take utmost pride in the quality of my work, and a willingness to personally perform even the most menial tasks to contribute to the success of projects.
