I am a seasoned HR professional with a combination of corporate management experience, augmented by more than 15 years of freelance Human Resources consulting to various organisations. Whilst my core expertise is in the field of Employee Relations, Labour Law and Dispute Resolution, I have advised many organisations on a strategic level on a variety of people and leadership related issues. This resulted in facilitating harmony and productivity in organisations earlier riddled with strife and conflict. I have mentored a number of HR practitioners and managers. Since organisations do not operate in isolation, I have a considerable grasp of the socio-economic and political factors impacting on the strategic business environment.
