My role was to assist with functions in the Administrative Treasury Department of different branches around the City of Bacolod in the Philippines, as part of the back operations of the company. I have also developed my skills in customer service via phone, face to face, and chat from my experience working in the hotel industry as a receptionist and as a chat support agent at a call center. I also worked as one of the accounting staff in the Accounting Department of a school, which allowed me to further develop and put my previous experiences to use, as I was not only doing back office functions but also handling student payments when required. I aim to use my knowledge and skills to contribute greatly to the company and continuously learn how to become a reliable asset in the best way I can.
