I am a seasoned Chef with both local and international experience. I have worked with some of the top European Chef’s like James Martin, Antony WT, Ansley H, Brian Turner. I consider myself as an individual who is passionate about coaching and mentoring raw talented individuals into becoming accomplished chefs. I have a good eye for detail and am confident and competent in all aspects of my profession. People management, budget control, quality control, training and developing as well as managing staff, budget and stock control are but a few of the core transferable skills that I could bring to any organization coupled with dedication and commitment.
