Currently I am an Entrepreneur trying to get my online store off to the correct start. Willing to Freelance at the moment to assist in paying the bills. I was formally a Regional Personnel Officer with Outdoor Warehouse (Moresport) with our sister company being Sportsman's Warehouse where I started my career with Moresport. I started on 26 November 2007 as a Floor Manager within Sportsmans Warehouse, worked my way up to opening the store at Modderfontein before being promoted to Assistant Manager Sportsmans Warehouse Woodmead. I heard of the vacancy in our Regional Office for a Regional Personnel Officer and applied beginning my new challenges as Regional Personnel Officer in 2011-2014 under Sportsmans then moving over to Outdoor Warehouse from 2014 till current. I have worked my way up through the retail ladder to where I am now currently responsible for the following: Recruitment/staff management/discipline/training/Head Hunting/ just to mention a few. Completed numerous in-house training courses plus facilitating in house trainings at our regional office.
