I am a professional Skills Development Facilitator that have OD-ETDP NQF L5 in different interventions as well as facilitate and implement skills development project for employees and learners/graduate where induction is done on their entry level to understand the organisation's values. Advising the organisation about the SETA landscaping and where we are positioned around the training initiatives and source service providers that will facilitate project management for engineering graduates and I will be engaged with procurement to negotiate the low fees and continuaion of enhancement of services and identify effective service providers. Compiling WSP/ATR and submission to relevant Seta and monitoring the mandatory and discretionary grants where funds must be utilised appropriately in training space. I am attending Seta meetings on behalf of the organisation and take decisions that will be reported to management in capacity building meeting. It is important to report BBBEE and DTI reports to be submitted to procurement management for progress done by training department. My experiential and Educational background is interns I have 20 years experience in human resources training space promoted within the organisation. I was promoted to group skills development where my experience where exposed and show case that the number of students eg graduatesinternship, learnership, bursars recruited since 5 year we started to advertised them was extraordinary and surprises the CEO when graduation ceremony was arranged by GSDF where internal employees where graduated on MAP, artisans the purpose is to create a pipeline that is educated. In the water sector I have ensured that we develop process controllers that are able to pump and purified clean water that distributed to the community .My qualifications are as follows Bachelor degree in training, Advanced HR certificate, Advanced Business Management, Labour Law - Diploma, OD-ETDP NQF L5 & currently studied the SASL - Sign language at WITS and the purpose is to translate to disabled employees and community at large. i have passion to facilitate training to all employees. Identify the needs analysis for the organisation and mapping the job through QCTO and discuss to stakeholders.
