I am writing in response to the vacant position. I believe I am well suited for the position, having amassed over 20years of progressive experience within administration and personal executive role. I undertake daily workload, working to strict deadlines under pressurized conditions, liaising with colleagues, resolving client queries and issuing advice. Other duties include processing invoices, managing diaries and ordering stationery. I worked at Paramount Logistics as a Project Administrator and undertook similar multi-functional admin duties. My experience as a Project manager/Project Administrator for the NHS UK, Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, Secretary and Receptionist and various other titles have given me the opportunity to work effectively and accurately under pressure, working within teams and to strict deadline, with my communication and interpersonal skills; whilst increasing my ability to multi-tasking. I am methodical, highly organized and resourceful, able to work on my own initiative and collaboratively within a team.
