I have no problem working in a team or by myself. I have been in the industry for 3 decades and what I have learned is that technologies come and go, the only lasting thing is solid programming that doesn't fail uncontrolled. I work hard and take pride in my work. Due to volumes I have decided a long time ago to rather remember what can be done with which piece of tech and where to find it in the manuals. Only remember the important things and look the other stuff up. I am a perfectionist when it comes to coding.
