Familiar with ICD10 coding; submission of claims, processing, and following up of payments and claims. Experienced in customer care, communication skills both verbal and written, problem-solving, and paying attention to detail. Can work independently and is still proven to be very productive even when working from home during the pandemic. Currently using Healthbridge and Vericlaim electronic billing systems.
