I have previously worked as an administrator for (twelve months) in a busy general practitioner and (1 year 3 months in a dental practice) and I enjoy working in the office as I am exceptionally organized and confident in my approach to my work. Working in a busy practice I am used to answering the telephone, taking calls and messages. I also have a working knowledge and experience of using a computer for typing letters, documents, presentations etc and familiar with Microsoft office. I have also had a lot of experience with organizing meetings and typing up minutes from general meetings. I pay great attention to detail in my work and enjoy making sure that I complete my tasks each day. I feel that I have excellent communication and listening skills and enjoy working on my own initiative as well as part of a team.
