She has handled end to end resourcing processes across all levels which includes Graduate Recruitment, Experienced Hires and the Full Executive Search spectrum. She has strong and solid exposure to Local, Global as well as the Africa markets. Gcina has been associated with leading organisations such as Standard Bank, Vodacom, Hollard, SAB, Edcon and KPMG amongst others. Gcina has operated at senior levels in the talent sourcing space and holds a BCom Honours HR Management (UP). Gcina is an entrepreneur in her own right and leads Lwati Loluhle Staffing Services which is a niche specialist recruitment practice with a strong focus on critical skills across all industries, involved in complimentary but non-compete staffing and recruitment training solutions.
