I originally qualified as a mechanical engineering designer (1985) I have almost always worked in the automotive component manufacturing industry. The last 14 years I was employed as a project engineer and project manager at a for a foundry manufacturing large diesel engines for trucks. as well as managing the Installing foundry equipment around the world. I have a passion for mentoring students, I have almost infinite patience with people, but laziness and incompetence sometimes upsets me. I live in Cape Town South Africa
