I have been in the CX Industry for over 20 years. My experience ranges over various customer experience touch points. I have worked across different industries, eg. Banking, FMCG, Telecoms, and Motor. My passion and drive is fueled by assisting organizations to not overcomplicate processes which inconveniences the customer/user. Customer effort should be minimal when dealing with an organisation. This is one of the main factors which drives superior customer experience and increases loyalty to the brand.
