I’m a graduate student of CCNA in the ICT academy of Cape Peninsula University Of Technology, currently in my CCNP. I am a Computer/Network technician. My duties are configuration, administration and monitoring of network equipment. My responsibility is to ensure that the network is up 99.999% of the time and if there is downtime to restore the network to an optimal working state as soon as possible.
