I have a wide range of work experience, from project/sales management of large groups of sales and administrative personnel with great success. To lead, vest and develop ordinary people into successful and professional sales people, to run a wholesale unit to be profitable year after year and to increase the margin of growth yearly. At the other end of the spectrum I was involved in creating a new training program with top/senior management to ensure more competent/sufficient training for new sales people joining the company, with less training hours and more effective learning model, meaning for a more cost-effective solution for the company, which at this stage was and still is a great success. The wide range of work, also led me to qualify and gain knowledge in successful business practise, vesting and development of people, quality management, marketing management, sales management, investment practises and risk assessments.
