Erasmus is a diligent individual who has completed a qualification in Bachelor of Commerce and a course in Basics of Project Management. Over the past six years I have been working in an enterprise customer services and support environment providing general information and guidance on products, systems and processes. My main responsibility was providing customer support to mobile customers; liaising with company and/or organization’s mobile service administrators in relation to general enquiries, service, billing queries and enquiries (especially first bill), billing reconciliation, credits, debits and refunds calculations in liaison with credit management, validation of credit memo requests from Sales for approval.
