I believe that the Human Resource is one of the most important elements of a business..... but to ensure that your staff is an investment it is important to appoint the right person for the right job. Furthermore, in this day and age it is also necessary that that your staff does not become a liability. Liabilities cost money for any company which they cannot afford. I do believe that I can be the right person to assist a company with handling Ill Health management, IR training, to liaison with management and staff concerning IR procedures and protocol in a fair and diplomatic manner. I will also be able to handle negotiations on behalf of the Employer. I have years experience in the union environment and also have experience in handling grievances, disciplinary hearings and disputes in Bargaining Councils as well as the CCMA. I'm looking forward to assist Companies in these matters.
