I am an experienced HR Business Partner who is familiar with all the best HR practices and policies and knows how to effectively apply them in the workplace. One of my greatest strengths is being able to ensure that the organisation employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience. I worked at CONCO as an International HR Business Partner on various projects in Africa. My role was to support the achievement of business objectives through effective Business Partnering. Ensure that all HR plans are supportive of the business' needs by preparing updated and accurate reports on all people related information monthly as required. My HR career started at GSL Solutions in 1999 and was employed as a HR Administrator and Payroll Officer. My career progressed as I furthered my studies and skills by attending various training courses in Human Resources.
