I've worked in general pediatric ward for 12years as registered Nurse. Have experience in both and private sectors. I am a team player, hardworking and willing to learn. maintaining good communication with all members of the mulit disciplinary team and stakeholders is important in achieving optimal nursing services to our clients. I believe in providing safe, therapeutic environment with holistic nursing care towards the patient and family members. Maintaining good relationships by good communication skills with doctors and the nursing staff provides better nursing care to the client or patients.
