Currently I am at a company called Catch Consultants contracted to Multichoice Africa as a Customer Service Supervisor dealing with 7 countries with a total of 130 staff members, monitoring performance of 40 individuals per shift. I deal with the southern region of Africa handling the customer service over social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Email, etc ) for seven countries which includes Angola, Botswana, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
