Dumsile has held various positions both in Private and Public Sectors. She has vast experience over 21 years in corporate wherein she served in their Legal Services Department and has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be successful in business. She started as a Training Advisor (teaching Computer Studies in Kempton Park Colleges) amongst others – Advanced Business College, she then diverged to the Legal Sectors and studied Legal Secretarial Courses, Executive Secretarial and Admin Management Course. Dumsile worked in various big brand Corporates and Law Firms such as, Adams and Adams, Bowman Gilfillan and SASOL as Paralegal and/or Executive Legal Secretary which led her to her first enrolment at School of Paralegal Studies (WITS Campus) where she studied Paralegal and later enrolled at UNISA for her LLB Degree, wherein she is awaiting her final Credits towards this degree. Dumsile worked as a Junior Director at Langa Rambau Incorporated where she consulted with clients for all legal queries and giving advice before matters are attended to by Directors, drafting Agreements, attending to RAF cases, assisting Senior Directors with Case Law Researches and Opinions, attending to CCMA cases, etc.
