I have close to two decades of experience in ICT and ICT Infrastructure and just under ten years of team development and leadership experience. I have an extensive knowledge of planning, designing, deploying and supporting ICT solutions. While still in the private sector, for eight years I deployed and supported highly integrated complex ICT solutions both in South Africa and outside the borders of South Africa. I understand Project management theory, practice and methodologies. In my former position I used to run projects for my section and currently I work close with Project Managers. I am currently a Technical Architect designing ICT solutions. I compile user requirements, technical designs, proposals, business cases and technical specifications. I lead tender briefings as a Subject Matter Expect. I compile RFQs, RFAs and RFBs. I have people management, change management and project management skills. I have strong leadership and reporting skills. I also have experience in managing technical specialists, service providers and other stakeholders enforcing SLA. Furthermore I have a Bachelor of Technology in Business Administration, a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering and Certificates in Project Management, Databases, Networking, Hardware and ICT applications. On my last year of Master of Business Administration (MBA) with the Henley Business School I submitted a dissertation on ICT Governance and I am graduating in September 2019.
