I have gained vast experience, knowledge and expertise within the services, retail and hospitality sectors with specific focus on analytical related administrative tasks, infrastructure and customer relations. My working career has spanned a total of 22 years during which time, I was exposed to and directly involved in integral business processes which included, but are not limited to, basic accounting procedures and processes, analyses, compilation of data pertaining to specific market related research as determined by organisational objectives, general office related administrative tasks and front line customer relations activities as prescribed by the hospitality industries. My previous positions, entailed me dealing with an array of procedures and processes relating to management, sales and CSI within the Hospitality and Services sectors. It allowed me to deal with major local and international brands, and compiling and collating reports and findings that are utilised to enhance sales and customer satisfaction through brand awareness, image, and identity thus contributing to increased revenue of the respective organisations. My portfolio, as a Facilities Manager, is responsible for various functions including technology integration, facilities upkeep and improvement, establishing processes, profitability analysis, strategy development and contract negotiation. My focus is on optimizing the workplace to support every aspect of the business it touches. But on a deeper level, it’s about giving the company a steady foundation for success. I establish processes for order and organization.
