I'm a no nonsense person when it comes to the work place. One must be there to perform assigned work to the best of one's abilities or get out! That's it and I'm a person who don't create compromises to take short cuts whatsoever! I always give my best to reach targets and deadlines before time. I'm functioning best in a teamwork and also singling! Will also go the extra mile when a situation requires it. I'm also very much safety cautious especially when it's a inherent requirement of the rules and regulations of the business and been stipulated in my job description.I'm a person who is adaptive to positive initiatives in the workplace. I like and love challenges in life. Transparency is one of my KEY attributes. I by times approach and to turn failure/s,negatives into positive and so the same with mistakes or short comings as a challenge to divert it to a good benefit at the end of the day.
