I have worked in 3 different hospitals from 2009 to 2015 and gained great experience in general, surgical and maternal nursing. And then also got an opportunity to work in a PHC facility and got an opportunity to be trained in Intergrated Management of Childhood Illnesses, NIMART, Family Planning(including Implanon and IUCD insertion), ICSM(including CCMD), EMTCT. I am computer literate but do not have a formal training. In 2018 I acquired an advanced Diploma in Nursing Administration. Been a Deputy Manager for more than a year and an Acting Manager in the absence of my manager. My strong points are: Team work, Excellent Communication skills, hard worker, strong willed and a fast learner. I also have strong leardership skills given an opportunity.
