• More than HR 28 years Human Resource experience. • More than 10 years in Corporate HR Management and strategic HR practice exposure. • Extensive Industrial Relation exposure and experience in the Company, Industry and Organised Labour • Supervision and management of recruitment and selection process. • Suitably trained, actively implemented, sourced and managed talent through dynamic talent assessment tools (Predictive Index) and compiled specialised Job Profiles to match and ensure the talent of candidates are identified and developed not only during recruitment but in team development practices as well ensuring drastically improved performance in the Company. • Remuneration and benefits implementation and experience local and across the South African Borders. • Extensive Management and knowledge of Remuneration and Benefits, Payroll and HRIS systems procedures and practices. • Reports and Statistics • Management with regarding Job Grading, Remuneration Matrixes etc. • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. • Training and Development experience and implementation (Learnerships, Mentorships, succession planning, registered Assessor and Moderation and facilitation.) • Transformation ,Employment equity and BBBEE initiatives
