I am a self-motivated, people-oriented person who has over 11 years’ experience in the SAP business analysis and support industry. I am currently working as a Business Analyst for projects implementing The StratoPOD Electronic Proof of Delivery system, based at clients in the Supply Chain Industry, who use it to integrate with the SAP Sales & Distribution, Supply Chain Management and Direct Store Delivery modules. Apart from the above, my career has progressed from being a Junior SAP Business One Consultant working at multiple PG Glass retail outlets to becoming a SAP Functional Business Analyst on projects for various companies including Ster-Kinekor, McLaren Automotive in the UK, Distell, Vector Logistics, Nestle and the PG Group. I have supported multiple SAP modules such as Sales & Distribution, Vehicle Management Systems, System Integration, User Management & Authorisations and HR. I have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to understand unique customer business processes and document these. My strengths on a project are system testing, defect resolution, user training and change management. I am a good team player who is customer focused with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
