I am currently on the pathway to becoming a member of the Royal Institute of Charted Surveyors on the APC12 route. I hold the following qualification BSc (Hons) in Construction Management from Leeds Metropolitan University and diploma in the NEC3 and contract law. I have recently been working as the Project lead for O’Connor Utilities on the Low voltage Overhead Line Framework Upto 33KV prior to this I was a Consultant Quantity Surveyor within the business for; Welsh Water, Tree vegetation Contract, Overhead Lines Contract upto 33KV and Underground Cabling Projects. My previous role was a Quantity Surveyor for VHE construction on Civil Engineering projects, prior to that as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor for Sirius Remediation Ltd & Sirius Civil Engineering Ltd on a £8m design & build project for various house builders & various other schemes. I am now looking for a challenging position in a progressive company where I will be able to maximise my skills, interest and capabilities.
