Good day I am currently working as a HR Assistant for a company in Somerset West for the past 5 years and my responsibilities are as follows but also not limited to: Induction Training, onboard process with employees Recruitment: Interviews, reference checks, dealing with agencies etc. Staff relations etc Compiling policies and procedures in the workplace Assist HR Manager with day-to-day responsibilities Responsible for all HR administration Disciplinary actions , coaching sessions , disciplinary enquiries/hearings etc. Assist Payroll Department where and when needed Manage/prepare employment contracts and offers where applicable etc. I am well known at my current company for my great communication, ability to work under pressure and interpersonal skills. I enjoy conflict resolution and I am always up for a challenge. The faith my previous employer and current employer have had in me have seen me assuming responsibilities way above my level.
