In this 20 years I had an opportunity to worked very close with the SLP DMR manager in terms of Audits and closing up the findings without compromising the objectives and the licence during my career . This has created more experience in understanding the regulator approach of inspection and operating strategy in handling the mandatory issue under our licence. My + 20 Years of experience gave me an opportunity to engage and interact with all groups of people at all levels from almost all 9 Provinces in South Africa and abroad , with bilateral laws especially in countries like Washington and Boston under the Health Sector environment , which also include the Community involvement . Below is a short summary of my experience and skills, which you can find in a detailed manner in my attached resume: • Extensive experience in Transformation ( LED/SED and HRD) activities and principles covering the following: o My level and managing of developing the Transformation strategy in the mining sector and corporate this exposed me into formulating policies and procedures, drafting operation effective framework to handle BBBEE objectives o My experience of implementing the Transformation projects and plans influence my involvement in terms of contribution to the budget planning in order to manage and effectively implement my set objective successfully . Being a HR specialist needs a person to have excellent skills in personal relationship communication skills along with a detailed understanding on labour laws, which are specifically designed for protecting the company as well as the employees.
