Execute design and layout of floor plan and direct set-up and implementation of office and administrative structures. Organise recruitment of management and sales agents and conduct product/sales training. Initiate Human Resource policies including shift rosters, handling of contracts, disciplinary procedures, and payroll. Utilize proven management methodologies to instill solid work ethics and philosophies to promote teamwork/staff relations and minimize staff turnover. Drive overall productivity and revenue of agents by providing additional coaching and skills development and frequently monitoring staff input/output.
