I am an expert social science researcher. I am trained in a variety of research methodologies within the field of psychology. I have personally collected qualitative data from more than 400 people through face-to-face interviews, telephonic interviews and focus group discussions. I have designed a variety of paper-based questionnaires as well as questionnaires on Survey Monkey. I have conducted research using psychometric instruments such as the Subjective Career Success Inventory, the Maslach Burnout Inventory and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. I am able to analyse quantitative data using SPSS and MS Excel, and I am able to analyse qualitative data using NVivo and MS Word. I have written many research proposals and developed budgets for each research project. I have produced research output in the form of programme evaluation reports, conference presentations and journal articles. I have a professional understanding of research ethics.
