I have over 18 years’ experience within the hospitality industry and this has equipped me with a multitude of skills in a variety of areas within the industry. Working in the industry over the last few years, I have developed a passion for providing top quality customer service. The experience gained in my roles taught me to handle a variety of tasks and deliver on deadlines and within budgets. Throughout my career as an Events and General Manager, I have demonstrated the ability to work under pressure and manage and motivate a team. I have excellent organisational skills and can work under pressure well. I am fluent in English and Afrikaans and literate in Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook and have worked on various booking systems. I have recently relocated back to South Africa after 15 years in the United Kingdom. My interests and skills are evolving, and I am eager to enter ad environment and join a company where I can utilize my experience.
