I am skilled in streamlining office procedures, meaning that I have a knack to fix administrative problems in the running of an office. I have worked in a Bank from Cashier to Auxiliary Services Management. I did Bond Retention for Saambou Bank with a personal Bond decision making limit of R3mil. I managed a fleet of 775 vehicles for Imperial Fleet Services as a Coordinator for the whole KZN region. My last position, I Administered a dental practice from general appointment making to accounts, Debtors. creditors, VAT & PAYE submissions, keeping time registers, quotations, hospital bookings. Submission of Medical Aid claims, Medical Aid tariffs and rates. I have worked on Excel, Word and the medical practice programmes, Med-e-Mass and Healthbridge. I have managed the medical aid remittances on My Practice. The reason I am now unemployed is due to the Doctor that employed me passing away unexpectedly. I speak, read and write Italian, Spanish and Portuguese over and above fluency in both English and Afrikaans. I like people and am good with patients and clients alike. I can talk to the man in the street as to the CEO in Head Office, I work best when unsupervised in my own space so that I can get on with it! I believe that I would be an asset to the company that hires me, or should I say the company that will take a chance of hiring an older and wiser person. I am loyal to a company. I have my own transport and generally I am in good health except for the usual creaks and scrapes that come with age. My bad points are that I do not like procrastination, I abhor incompetence and if rubbed the wrong way I can be a bit snappy, but I have learnt in life not to sweat the small stuff. I hope that you will give me a chance to prove my worth to you.
