In the past 25 years plus experience in working with the metal cutting industry (Sales & Sales Management), I have gained and learned skills that can only be of benefit to your company in this industry and people. My main area of expertise is Strategic Sales Management / Business Development as this formed the biggest part 25 years plus in this industry. As any company owner, will know this can be challenging but exciting at the same time. Maintaining relationships with all parties involved in getting the value message across to the sales team, the customers, the stake holders and most important, maintaining a profitable company. Skills / Activities (Strategic Sales Management) In order for this to be effectively implemented, there needs to be a strong business vision, strategy and value that link to performance management process. As part of people management, I must plan, track and review the performance of the sales force, Implementation of strategies. Conduct face to face review discussions. Responsible of developing and coaching the sales team, (Motivating, Sales efficiency, technical support, etc..) I have to provide through Management to ensure achievement of budgeted sales and profitability levels through total Customer Satisfaction as expressed in local sales plans. I support and adherence to the company’s platform for the way of doing business. Be a Role model, Lead by example, provide on the job training, development & motivation to all departmental employees and ensure good team working within all sales areas.
